Redexpo GENERAL CONDITIONS
It is obligatory to present your rental voucher on collection of the car.
You need to present the following things on collection of the car: your passport or National Identity Card, driving licence, a valid credit card in the name of the main driver.
Age Requirements:
Minimum age 19 with 1 years driving experience.
Maximum age: 80.
Young driver supplement (19-24): 22.00 € per day, maximum 396.00 €.
International Driving Licence:
Please note that if you do not have an EU driving licence you will need to bring an international driving permit along with your original licence to rent the car.
If your driving licence is written in non Roman Alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.), it must be complemented by an international driving permit.
Irish/UK driving licence: both the photo-card and paper counterpart must be produced. For old style paper licences, the driver must also provide a valid ID/ Passport.
Additional Driver:
Additional driver 9.00 € per day (price per additional driver).
Payment:
A major credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in the name of the main driver is required in order to collect the car. (Please note that cards without the driver's name or the card number on will not be accepted). This company will not accept prepaid, recharge or virtual credit cards.
2 credit cards in the name of the main driver are mandatory when renting luxury cars.
Please note that credit cards are only valid when issued by a bank.
Insurance:
Insurance includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) subject to an excess. Excess amount: 1,200 €. You can take the SCDW to remove the excess from our supplier on collection for 32.00 € a day. Or you can take out damage excess refund insurance with Redexpo for only 10.49 € a day - Total for your booking: 31.47 €. If you prefer not to take SURPRICE's excess waiver, a deposit of 900.00 € will be blocked from your credit card. Please note that customer negligence is never included in the SCDW.
Please note that if you take out the supplier's insurance on arrival you will still be required to leave a deposit on your credit card.
Deposit amount: 300 € for economy and family cars, 500 € for the rest of categories.
The excess is reduced to 1000 € for economy and family cars, 1500 € for the rest of categories.
Please note that there is a theft excess of 2500 € for small and economy size cars, 3000 € for intermediate cars and 4000 € for premium and luxury cars.
Mileage:
Unlimited mileage.
Fuel Policy:
Fuel is not included in our quoted rates.
All vehicles are delivered with fuel in the tank and should be returned with the same amount of fuel.
If the vehicle is not returned with the same amount of fuel as it was collected with, a refueling charge of 30.00 € plus the cost of the missing fuel will apply.
Diesel will be charged at 2,80 € per missing litre and petrol will be charged at 2,70 € per missing litre.
Out of Hours:
Out of hours collections and returns are not possible at this office.
Taking the car abroad / to other islands / to other states:
You can take the car only into the countries included in the following list: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, France, Finland, Greece, UK, Hungary, Croatia, Italy, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Norway, Holland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Andorra, Poland.
Please note that you are not allowed to take the vehicle to any countries other than the ones mentioned.
Cross border fee: 61 €.
Penalty for taking the car abroad without permission from the supplier: 1500 €.
GPS:
10 € per day.
Fine administration fee:
Fine admin fee: 61 €. (This fee would be charged by the supplier if you were to receive a fine during your rental, such as a parking ticket or a speeding fine. Please note that this fee does not include the amount of the fine).
Other:
It is obligatory to present the voucher to collect the car.
If the car is exceptionally dirty on return and requires special cleaning, a penalty of 120 € will apply.
All cars are non-smoking. Penalty for smoking in the car: 120 €.
Please note that the supplier for this booking allows up to 1 hour of courtesy from the time on your rental voucher.
Please note that in case of accident you must handle a damage report to Surprice Rent.
Road assistance: 5 € per day.
Fine for loss of keys: 50 €.
Vehicle Inspection: The customer will have the opportunity to be present during the collection and return of the vehicle. DoYouSpain is not responsible for any charges the rental company may impose on the customer for damage to the vehicle . If the car rental company charges for damages, they must provide evidence justifying the alleged damage and the cost of repairs or how they are calculated. If there are any charges from the rental company, the car rental company must offer the customer the possibility of challenging the imposed charge.
Right of withdrawal: It is informed that for this type of service, the right of withdrawal does not exist.
The rental is not necessarily linked to a specific vehicle (make, model, colour, equipment, etc.), but to a group of vehicles with similar technical characteristics. The vehicle shown in the Confirmation Voucher may be substituted for a similar vehicle depending on the fleet available at the local office.
Redexpo is not responsible for any charges that the rental company may impose on the customer for anything other than the rental itself.
Please note that in case of accident or damage to the car you must always contact the supplier straight away. You will need to complete a damage or accident report form for the insurance, otherwise you may not be covered.
Cancellation policy:
To obtain a refund of a prepaid booking you must cancel it at least 48 hours before the start of your rental using the links contained in the voucher or through the "My Booking" section of our website. No refunds will be made if the booking is cancelled after the collection time stated on the rental voucher. No refund will be given if you do not collect the vehicle.
Cross Border Travel
For international cross border restrictions, please check with us before arrival. Please note that cross border charges may apply and that not all suppliers permit customers to take the vehicles across the border.
Renter’s Responsibility
All rentals are charged on a 24 hour basis. A full day is still charged for any portion of a 24 hour period used. The renter is responsible for all tolls, congestion charges, parking & traffic fines. If you are collecting your vehicle from an airport you should advise Redexpo.com of your arrival flight number on booking the vehicle, or as soon as possible. Redexpo.com will not be held responsible if the vehicle is not provided or available due to late arrival of flights if your flight number has not been provided.
Protection of Personal Data
For the purposes of the provisions of currently-applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and information society services and electronic commerce, Redexpo, informs you that your personal data – both data provided for the formalization of this contract and data compiled during the provision of rental services – are to be included in a personal data file which has been duly entered in the Register kept by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. This file was created by and is the responsibility of this company, which is domiciled in Calle Ronda Mijares 190 Bis, Castellón de la Plana, by which it is to be used in the management of the vehicle rental services contracted, as well as for commercial purposes such as informing you from time to time of offers, products and promotions – of the company itself or of third parties – which may be of interest to you, either by electronic mail or using any equivalent means.
In the case of commercial communications sent by electronic mail or equivalent means, and in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, you consent, expressly, to the sending of advertising in this way. This consent may be revoked at any time through a request sent to the following e-mail address: info@redexpocars.com

We hope that your booking will be enjoyable and trouble-free. However, if you do encounter any problems please speak to our car rental provider at the Rental Desk initially to try resolving them. Should you remain dissatisfied, please contact Redexpo.com on +44 20 80890969 and we will provide as much assistance as we can. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not take these steps, it is very hard for us to deal with issues that are raised after your rental has ended and we may not be able to fully resolve them. If you take these steps and wish to follow up your complaint when you get home you must get in touch with us via the Customer Support section of our website within 28 days of your return (https://Redexpocars.com). We endeavour to answer all customer service queries within 28 days of receiving them. Sometimes we can experience delays if we are liaising with the suppliers. To help us process your query quicker please provide Redexpo.com with your reservation number and include all paperwork from the supplier relating to your rental if possible.
